What is Bellme Click-to-call?

BELLME is an exciting new service that enables customers to connect instantly to your business phone for free.

How does it work?

First you must register your business and primary contact number with BELLME. Once registered a blue BELLME icon will be placed on your website connecting prospects with your business.

Once a prospect clicks the BELLME icon and they enter their phone number, BELLME will call them and connect the call directly to your nominated number. When the customer answers their phone they will be informed BELLME is connecting them to your business.

What happens if i miss a call?

Not to worry, BELLME sends weekly reports providing a full account of all BELLME connections.

You can also view this information by logging in to your BELLME account at www.bellme.com.au which provides instant information.

What happens if I run out of Bellme Credit?

BELLME doesn't want you to miss out on prospects so when your account has 10 calls remaining BELLME will give you a courtesy call/email to let you know your account is running low.

YYou can easily top up your account at www.bellme.com.au . Should you run out of credit the BELLME icon will be disabled and prospects will be unable to use this service until recharged.

Does my Bellme Credit Expire ?

No, BELLME credit does not expire!

Do I need any special software or computer knowledge?

No, our highly skilled staff will add the button to your website for you so you can instantly start receiving calls.

What if someone other than a customer enters their phone as a prank call ?

BELLME takes fraud and spamming very seriously. BELLME software has been designed to prevent unwelcomed calls from the same user within a reasonable period of time. Please contact us if you believe someone is entering a wrong phone number.
